Dan Zeff has seamlessly transitioned his directing skills from the world of TV to the world of commercials helming a series of commercial idents for Bombardier with Rik Mayall through Karmarama and directing commercials for big brand clients including Wrigleys and Nescafe.
His compelling biopic Hattie, chronicling the life of Carry On legend, Hattie Jacques and starring Ruth Jones, was the most viewed programme in the history of BBC4.
Recent highlights include winning a Scottish BAFTA for Case Histories, directing episodes of the acclaimed ‘Inside No. 9’ and the first series of the BBC3 smash-hit comedy Pramface.
His recent hit BBC Three sitcom Siblings created and written by Keith Akushie (Fresh Meat), starring Charlotte Ritchie (Fresh Meat) and Tom Stourton (Live At The Electric) has just been commissioned for a second series.
He has just finished shooting a film for Sky in Krakow, starring Rupert Grint and Iwan Rheon, star of Game of Thrones.
